Job Description
As a Field Sales Executive (Lenskart@Home), you will visit customers' homes for scheduled appointments, conduct basic eye tests using company-provided equipment, and help customers choose and purchase Lenskart eyewear.
This role involves traveling within the assigned area and delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
Visit customers' homes based on scheduled appointments.
Conduct eye tests using specialized equipment.
Recommend and sell Lenskart spectacles.
Provide excellent customer support.
Carry an 18–20 kg bag containing eye-testing equipment and eyewear samples.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
